工程英語請教…"附掛管線"?

請教一下：
於橋梁下方多會附掛一些管線，請問一下，英文該用什麼字呢?
我的腹案有下列幾個…知道的請提供意見哦，謝謝!
1. Utility
2. Facility
3. HVAC.... (我想這個一定不可能，只是掛的東西有點像)
4. Wire Box
5. Rack

一般如果是水管的話就直接說pipe,
如果是電線的話就說cable,
utility lines就泛指所有的電線, 水管, 雨水管...
附掛的話用attached來形容應該會蠻洽當的...
attached pipes
attached cables
attached utility lines
etc,
個人意見, 請參考....

Name of components:
Conduits for enveloping wires or cables.
Pipes for carrying gas or liquid.
Purposes:
Wires for traffic signals, ITS, electricty, etc that are particularly for highway's use
Carrying utility companies' utility lines, if there are agreements re. right for embedding or hanging.
Roadway's drainage
Location of placement:
In traffic barriers, beside peirs, etc
